Byo arts festival dates set

ORGANISERS of the Bulawayo Arts Festival (BAF) have set June 2 to 5 as the dates for this year’s second edition.

In a statement, the organisers said the festival would be held while adhering to the COVID-19 safety regulations, which have become the new way of doing business.

“Bulawayo Arts Festival organisers are well aware that the COVID-19 pandemic has changed a lot of what can be done within the creative sector, but they are raring to go, and ready to showcase the city as the cultural capital of Zimbabwe by running a hybrid festival for both virtual and physical audiences,” read part of the statement.
