Businessman changes plea to guilty

HARARE businessman Hubert Fungai Nyambuya has altered his plea to guilty after he was accused of failing to maintain his former wife and children. Nyambuya, who has accumulated a bill of $34 000, had spent the whole of last week denying the charge.

Nyambuya was taken to court by his former wife, Nyarai Bakasa in October this year, after he continuously defaulted.
