Bulawayo moves to digitise cemetery records

BULAWAYO, Oct. 7 (NewsDay Live) — BULAWAYO City Council is moving to digitise municipal cemetery records as ageing burial registers increasingly make it difficult to retrieve and maintain information on graves.

The issue was raised by Councillor Perseverance Nyathi during consideration of the Cemeteries, Burials and Cremations report in the latest council minutes.
