Bosso wary of Chicken Inn

HIGHLANDERS’ coach Erol Akbay would have preferred to face Dynamos in today’s Independence Trophy final other than a tough Chicken Inn side that they face at the National Sports Stadium.

Bosso beat FC Platinum 3-1 in a penalty shootout at Barbourfields on Saturday to meet Chicken Inn, who edged Dynamos 1-0 in another semi-final played at Rufaro.

Highlanders eye their eighth Independence Cup title after winning it 1986, 1988, 1991, 1998, 2001, 2002 and 2011.
