BCC introduces mobile app to report faults

The Bulawayo City Council (BCC) has come up with a mobile application to be used by residents in reporting faults in order to improve service delivery.
Deputy mayor Council Mlandu Ncube said the mobile application would improve communication between council and residents.
“All the notices of BCC will be posted on the mobile app,” part of a notice by council read.
