BCC health worker up for stealing COVID-19 equipment

BULAWAYO police have arrested council employee Mike Chidarikire for allegedly stealing COVID-19 equipment from the local authority’s vaccine storeroom on Monday.

Acting provincial police spokesperson Assistant Inspector Nomalanga Msebele confirmed Chidarikire’s arrest yesterday.

“On May 11, police received a report of theft which occurred at Bulawayo City Council (BCC) main store pharmacy,” Msebele said.
