Banda to make Bantu Rovers debut

Former Highlanders captain Gilbert Banda, who joined Zifa Southern Region Division One football side Bantu Rovers last month, might make his first appearance for the ex-Premiership club when they take on struggling Projects at Luveve Stadium tomorrow.

Bantu Rovers are eyeing a return to the Premiership and are third on the log table with 38 points from 18 games.

Banda yesterday told NewsDay Sport that he was ready to play for his team.
