#AMHVoices: Harare City Cops corruption caught on camera

Harare municipal traffic cops on Saturday clamped a vehicle belonging to photographer Tsvangirai Mukwazhi.

Mukwazhi and AMH Group Chief Photographer Aaron Ufumeli then set out to expose the corrupt officials.

Armed with a camera and standing from a distance where he would not be detected, Ufumeli took photographs as Mukwazhi negotiated with the council officials who were demanding a bribe to enable them to unclamp the vehicle.
