AMH launches NewsDay Weeekender

ALPHA Media Holdings (AMH) yesterday launched its weekend paper – NewsDay Weekender – promising readers a refreshing read.

AMH, the biggest private media organisation in Zimbabwe, are the publishers of the country’s leading independent daily newspaper NewsDay, The Standard, Zimbabwe Independent and Southern Eye.

Speaking at the official launch in Harare yesterday, Voluntary Media Council of Zimbabwe executive director Loughty Dube said the NewsDay Weekender should provide real-life stories that touched people’s lives.
