All set for PSL grand finale

THE curtain comes down on the 2016 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League (PSL) season on Saturday with log leaders Caps United making the trip to Ascot in Gweru to take on Chapungu hoping for a victory of any margin to claim their first championship in 11 years.

Caps United edged Chibuku Super Cup winners Ngezi Platinum 1-0 on Sunday courtesy of Simba Nhivi to take their tally to 60 points, two ahead of second-placed FC Platinum, who hammered Highlanders 3-0 in another league match at Mandava.

FC Platinum are away to Tsholotsho for their last match of the campaign.
