Akbay gets down to business

HIGHLANDERS head coach Erol Akbay arrived in Bulawayo yesterday from South Africa, ready to start business for the 2017 Premier Soccer League campaign, dispelling speculation that was he was not returning to Zimbabwe.

Akbay arrived around midday at Joshua Mqabuko International Airport aboard a South African Airways plane and was met by club secretary-general Emmett Ndlovu.

“He [Akbay] landed around midday from South Africa where he put up yesterday night and he has already started work.
