African Sun faces shareholder questions over Holiday Inn disposals and share consolidation

African Sun Limited is facing shareholder questions over its planned disposal of Holiday Inn interests in Harare, Bulawayo and Mutare and a proposed share consolidation, according to sources familiar with shareholder concerns. 

The company has not been accused of wrongdoing.

African Sun announced plans to dispose of its Holiday Inn interests to help fund the acquisition of Meikles Hospitality’s interest in The Victoria Falls Hotel Partnership and refurbishment of that hotel.
