AAG clashes with school head

NewsDay Staff ·

Affirmative Action Group (AAG) members here have clashed with the headmaster of a privately-run school, Goldridge Primary, over allegations of racism, nepotism and favouritism.

The economic empowerment group is accusing the headmaster, Anthony Brous, of handsomely rewarding white workers while discriminating against their black counterparts.

AAG Kwekwe branch secretary Owen Matava told NewsDay yesterday white teachers at the school were reportedly earning above $3 000 a month with blacks taking home just a little over $700.
