Masvingo resident minister Paul Chimedza has allegedly been arrested at an army roadblock in Bubi while trying to flee to South Africa.
Chimedza joins three other Zanu PF officials, Jonathan Moyo, Ignatius Chombo and Kudzanai Chipanga who are in military custody.
