DYNAMOS have tied down captain Partson Jaure to a new deal putting to bed the uncertainty surrounding his future at the club.
Jaure, rejoined the Glamour Boys ahead of the 2020 season from Manica Diamonds, but his contract is understood to have run out last year before he had played for them due to the suspension of football activities owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Negotiations for a new deal were said to have taken place behind the scenes.
Dynamos communications manager Yvonne Mangunda yesterday confirmed that Jaure had signed a new deal.
“He (Jaure) signed a contract just before the Independence Day celebrations and that is all I can say,” she said.

It is also understood goalkeeper Simba Chinani, who had been dismissed by the club also committed himself to the Glamour Boys as they prepare for the restart of the game.
Dynamos team manager Richard Chihoro was yesterday preoccupied with the registration of the players ahead of the resumption of the game.
Although the transfer window closes on May 15, the Premier Soccer League (PSL) has encouraged clubs to have registered their players by today.
Several clubs are jostling to finalise the signing of new players as teams prepare for the new season.
Top flight action is expected to kick off next month in a phased approach, starting with a pre-season tournament.
However, the timing of the restart of the league is expected to be finalised today when PSL governors meet in the capital.
A host of issues ranging from sponsorship, player contracts and prize money for the envisaged cluster competition, among several others, are set to be discussed at the indaba.
Domestic football had been on hold since March last year due to COVID-19-induced lockdown.
