Two armed robbery suspects in dramatic escape at Harare Magistrates Court

Two notorious armed robbery suspects escaped from custody at the Harare magistrates court on Friday where one of them allegedly used a smuggled gun.

One of the suspects Luke Zinyengerere is alleged to have smuggled in a revolver which he used to threaten a prison officer before making a dramatic escape by hijacking a vehicle, a source said.

Tafadzwa Marondera was immediately apprehended after jumping over  the palisade fence at the courts.
