SANITY and order have been restored within property developer Zevic’s operations, paving the way for the stepping up of the housing development programme.
Zevic has interests in property development, mining and tourism.
Lately, the company has been battling corporate governance issues, which have been resolved, facilitating the resumption of projects, including housing projects in Nyabira and Norton.
Stakeholders have called for engagement meetings with the Zevic management.
“All stakeholders are invited for an important feedback meeting on Sunday October 13, 2024 at Porta site office and Penrose site office,” said Penrose chairman stakeholders board Henry Maronga.
The meetings start at 2pm

Maronga said the meetings were meant to dispel misinformation and provide accurate information with regards to the housing projects.
“There is a lot of misinformation and disinformation going around and we want to provide accurate information,” he said.
“We no longer have the problems and stakeholders should attend to get accurate information.”
Zevic is developing thousands of residential stands in Penrose (Nyabira) and Porta (Norton) as part of efforts to augment the government’s efforts in addressing housing challenges.
