THE High Court has sentenced two senior Harare City Council officials to 10 years in jail each for criminal abuse in a case where they illegally sold commercial stands.
Stanley Ndemera, the former acting finance director and Emmanuel Mutambirwa who was the valuer and estates manager were behind the parcelling of land that was leased to the Old Hararians Sports Club.
