NEWSDAY has won the Superbrand Print Media runner-up award at the 2023 Marketers Association of Zimbabwe (MAZ) Superbrands Awards presented last Friday.
NewsDay is the country’s leading privately-owned daily paper and is published by Alpha Media Holdings (AMH), which also publishes two weeklies, Zimbabwe Independent and The Standard.
AMH also owns the online broadcaster, Heart & Soul.

The private daily paper, Daily News, was the second runner-up in the category.
NewsDay’s win came a day after several of its reporters scooped top awards at the 2023 Environmental Reporter of the Year Awards hosted by Environment Africa and the Rainbow Tourism Group Limited.
