AUTHOR Takudzwa Sambo has launched a new book, Tobacco Trade Secrets, seen as a toolbox for tobacco exporters in Zimbabwe and across Africa with essential tobacco export intelligence.
Drawing on his extensive experience in the tobacco industry, Sambo combines his insider knowledge with actionable insights to address the unique challenges faced by African tobacco exporters on the global marketplace.
In an interview with NewsDay Life & Style on the sidelines of the book launch in Harare last week, Sambo reflected on the journey that inspired the book.
“I have spent years in the tobacco industry, starting right after university, where I had the privilege of working with some of the biggest blue-chip tobacco brands. It was only prudent to distill that experience into a resource that empowers others,” he said.
“Tobacco Trade Secrets is a culmination of that journey.”
Sambo described the book as one of his finest works to date.
