The stage is set for the 21st National Arts Merit Awards (NAMA) powered by Old Mutual Zimbabwe tomorrow at the Harare International Conference Centre.

The television writing intensive programme commenced on June 5 and will run until  June 17 at Reps Theatre in Belgravia, Harare.

The workshop will also highlight the importance of public-private co-operation in the fight against piracy and safeguarding copyright.

Mhlongo has appeared on various productions such as How To Manifest A Man and Showmax’s Adulting.

Mirazvo Productions, owned by writer, director and producer Nick Zemura last produced a television series Muzita Rababa in 2019, which featured local musician Ammara Brown.

The Port Elizabeth-based musician last year bagged the Best Male Musician gong at the Nelson Mandela Bay Zim Business Excellence Awards in Port Elizabeth.
