The court heard that sometime in June this year, the girl was sitting in the lounge at her parents’ home when the suspect got in and tried to kiss her, but she pushed him away.

He allegedly grabbed her and forcibly kissed her.

In the same month, the girl’s father sent the suspect to collect his daughter from school.

On their way home, the suspect allegedly diverted their route to a golf course where he allegedly parked the car at a secluded spot.

He then unzipped his trousers and allegedly forced the teenage girl to caress his manhood.

On another occasion, the suspect and the girl sat on the back of a pick-up truck wrapped in a blanket since it was cold when he allegedly grabbed her hand and forced her to caress his manhood.

The girl later told her headmistress about the abuses. The school authorities then reported the case to the girl’s mother who in turn filed a police report.

The suspect was remanded out of custody to today for trial.
